(1) Sub-rule (3) of Rule 9 or Rule 16 of any voter whose name is included in the voter list published as per rule 16 has died or has permanently migrated from the relevant village development committee or municipal ward or got married and gone elsewhere, has renounced Nepali citizenship or is a voter. If the name is no longer eligible to remain in the list, the voter or any member of his family can apply to the Assistant Name Registration Officer in the format as per schedule-7 within the time period mentioned in the program to remove or move such name from the voter list by mentioning the same procedure.
(2) If a voter has to move his name from the voter list to the voter list of the place where he has migrated or married due to permanent migration or marriage from the village development committee or municipal ward where his voter list is located, then such voter shall, for that purpose, as per schedule-8 An application can be made before the Assistant Name Registration Officer in the format.
(3) If any application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1) or (2), the Assistant Registration Officer shall investigate the same and in the course of such investigation, if it is found that such voter has died or such voter has migrated or married or is ineligible to remain in the electoral roll, the Act According to the above, in the case of a name that you can remove or move, you should remove or move it yourself, and in the case of a name that you cannot remove or move, you should submit it to the Chief Name Registration Officer along with your opinion. (4) In accordance with sub-rule (3), the assistant name registration officer shall publish the notice of removal or transfer of the name from the electoral roll in his office in the format as per schedule-10.
(5) When removing or moving a name according to sub-rule (3), the Assistant Name Registration Officer or the Chief Name Registration Officer shall state the reason.
(6) The Assistant Name Registration Officer shall prepare a revised voter's list after removing or transferring the name from the voter's list in accordance with sub-rule (3).
